My Disorganized Thoughts

Nine times out of Ten...I am having some sort of self dialogue regardless of it is externally or internally. I try to avoid public moments of external self dialogue because I don’t need anyone trying to convince others that I need to be chained up. But I find that self dialogue are the best conversations - only when I really challenge myself. Step 2. ???
